Eight steps to enjoying a Finnish sauna.

1.Give yourself plenty of time.
2.Remember to take a small bench towel with you. You’ll need it to sit on
  when you’re relaxing on the bench in the sauna.
3.Start by having a quick shower.
4.The ideal temperature is about 80 degrees centigrade. You can always get more heat
  by throwing ladles of water from the pail onto the hot stones on top of the sauna stove.
5.Don’t forget to cool down and have a break from time to time.
